Niewiasta Eucharystii – geneza tytułu maryjnego

Kościół od początku otaczał niezwykłą czcią Najświętszy Sakrament. Podobny szacunek wierni okazują wobec Matki Bożej. Miłość wierzących do Eucharystii i Maryi oraz poszukiwanie związków między nimi zaowocowało nadaniem Maryi tytułu Niewiasty Eucharystii. Głównym problemem badawczym artykułu jest udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytanie czy uzasadnionym jest nazywanie Maryi Niewiastą Eucharystii. Niniejsze opracowanie prezentuje próbę genezy tego tytułu maryjnego. Podjęta w artykule refleksja stanowi usystematyzowanie wypowiedzi na temat omawianego tytułu. Punktem wyjścia dla zaprezentowanego zagadnienia jest bogactwo typologii biblijnej, wsparte przez szereg dyscyplin teologicznych, głównie mariologię i eklezjologię, w zgodzie z aktualnym nauczaniem Kościoła.

From the beginning, the Church has held the Blessed Sacrament in extraordinary reverence. The faithful show a similar reverence toward the Mother of God. The love of believers for the Eucharist and Mary and the search for the relationship between them resulted in Mary being given the title of Woman of the Eucharist. The main research problem of the article is to answer the question of whether it is justified to call Mary the Woman of the Eucharist. This study presents an attempt at the genesis of this Mary's title. The reflection undertaken in the article is a systematization of statements on the issue under discussion. The starting point for the presented issue is the richness of biblical typology, supported by a number of theological disciplines, mainly Mariology and Ecclesiology, in accordance with the current teaching of the Church.
