Wyniki archeologicznych badań ratowniczych przeprowadzonych przez Archeologiczną Pracownię Badawczą „THOR” w związku z budową obwodnicy Stargardu Szczecińskiego

The rescue excavations under consideration were carried out in 2008 on 4 sites within the Stargard Szczeciński bypass along national Road No. 10. In the course of investigations an area of 790,42 ares altogether was excavated and 1,338 features discovered representing the Linear Pottery culture, the Funnelbeaker culture, the Jastorf culture, the Gustow group, as well as dated to the early and late medieval and modern times. The discoveries within the Stargard Szczeciński bypass will become a very good basis for the recognition of the settlement development observed in the prehistory of Western Pomerania (Pomorze Zachodnie).
