In the context of the dynamic development of the Ukrainian economy, flowing against the globalization process, in which enterprises resort economy Crimea forced today to compete in the market, not only among themselves but also with foreign companies, inevitable part of the economic actors become active search and selection of promising ways of further development. This is only possible with a clear view of the object of the study. The article specifies the structure of enterprises resort economy of Crimea, revealed features of their functioning are reasonable determinant characteristics of the signs and indicators that can be used to characterize the enterprise as a service resort management system.
