STRUKTURA SEKTORA POMOCY SPOŁECZNEJ W KONCEPCJI CENTRUM USŁUG SPOŁECZNYCH

Abstract The article present the main topic of legislative changes, initiating transformations in the structure of the public social welfare sector. The first chapter points to the hybrid nature of tasks that are growing in the public social welfare sector. T A comparative perspective of structure visualization was used, including the newly established Social Service Center. Formal restrictions will create the new order. Material and methods legal acts, literature, comparisons Results The new formal act implementing the changes in welfare system, with consequense for structure in sector and formal requirements for staff working in new entity Center of Social Service in local commune in Poland. Streszczenie Artykuł podejmuje aktualny temat zmian legislacyjnych, inicjujący przekształcenia w strukturze publicznego sektora pomocy społecznej. Materiał i metody akty prawne, literatura, metoda porównawcza Wyniki Potencjalne zmiany w ośrodkach pomocy społecznej wraz z ustawą z dnia 19 lipca 2019r., o realizowaniu usług społecznych przez centrum usług społecznych (Dz.U. 2018, poz.1818) wnoszą zmiany dla struktury sektora pomocy społecznej. Wnioski Zmiany prawne wpływające na zmianę struktury instytucjonalnej pomocy społecznej, mogą pociągać za sobą zmiany w dostępności usług socjalnych dla klientów. Zmiana struktury nie jest be znaczenia dla środowiska zawodowego pomocy społecznej ( niezbędność osób o określonym doświadczeniu zawodowym oraz specjalizacji zawodowej w zakresie pracy socjalnej ze społecznością lokalną) jako kadry CUS, wprowadza wymagania formalne dla kadry zatrudnianej w CUS.
