Rozporzadzenie z moca ustawy w Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z 2 kwietnia 1997 roku

The article concentrates on issues of the decree law in contemporary Polish political order. In the beginning there was explained the exposure of the decree law in the system of sources of Polish law. Then there was analyzed procedure and conditions for issuance of these acts. After that there was presented range of adjustment of the decree law, indicating whether the President can go beyond the framework set by the Constitution. Separately there was treated issue of the Sejm control of the decree law, showing the systemic weaknesses in the existing regulation in this area. On the basis of made arrangements there were formulated appropriate conclusions de lege ferenda.
