Obraz cesty v české a polské frazeologii

The author concentrates in the article on language depiction of a journey in Czech and Polish phraseology. They introduce selected views on metaphors of a journey from past up to the present. In both languages phraseologisms connected to individual phases of a journey are analyzed and compared, with its beginning and the end, duration, interruption and various circumstances of one’s journey, out of which emerge expressive concurrences and differences in a conotative stereotype of the meaning of word journey in Czech and Polish languages.

Příspěvek je věnován jazykovému ztvárnění obrazu cesty v české a polské frazeologii. Představuje vybrané pohledy na metaforu cesty od historie do současnosti. V obou jazycích jsou analyzovány a srovnávány frazeologismy spojené s jednotlivými fázemi cesty, s jejím počátkem a koncem, trváním, přerušením a různými okolnostmi cesty, z nichž se vynořují významové shody a diference v konotačním stereotypu pojmu cesta v češtině a polštině.
