Wojciech Koronkiewicz's book "With the Mother of God on a bike. Journey to miraculous images, orthodox icons and holy springs of Podlasie” is discussed in the context of the philosophy of dialogue inscribed in the message of the work. The author's meetings with the Other are presented taking into account the multiculturalism of Podlasie, the history of this region, the interpenetration of Orthodoxy and Catholicism. The journey presented in the title is interpreted in the spirit of Gabriel Marcel's philosophy and his homo viator.
