Ustawodawstwo sejmowe doby bezkrólewia 1733 r. a bezpieczeństwo wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne Rzeczypospolitej

This article deals with matters concerning sejm legislation during the 1733 interregnum. As a contributory text, it attempts to answer the question to what extent the two undisturbed sejms raised the extremely important matter of state defence. The conclusions of the Convocation and Electoral Sejm of 1733 are analysed, i.e. the general confederation concluded at the Convocation and the constitutions of the Electoral Sejm, which have not yet been analysed. The text also examines the limited enlargement of the Lithuanian army at the end of 1733.

Niniejszy artykuł traktuje o sprawach dotyczących ustawodawstwa sejmowego w trakcie bezkrólewia 1733 r. Jako przyczynkowy tekst próbuje on odpowiedzieć na pytanie, w jakim stopniu dwa niezerwane sejmy walne podniosły jakże ważną materię obronności państwa. Analizie zostały poddane konkluzje sejmu konwokacyjnego i elekcyjnego z 1733 r., a więc konfederacja generalna zawarta na konwokacji oraz nieanalizowane dotąd konstytucje sejmu elekcyjnego. Tekst analizuje również przeprowadzoną pod koniec 1733 r. ograniczonej w założeniach aukcji wojska litewskiego.
