Exploring Strategic Approaches: How English Communication Skills Shape Personal and Professional Success
This study utilizes a mixed-methods approach to investigate the dynamics of English language learning, emphasizing communication skills and their impact on personal and professional success. Conducted at four Ukrainian universities with 95 first-year students, the research combines quantitative analysis of demographic factors and proficiency levels with qualitative insights into participants’ experiences, challenges, and strategies. The findings underscore the significance of interactive and immersive learning experiences, personalized feedback, and cultural awareness in enhancing English proficiency. By exploring these dimensions, the study provides valuable recommendations for educators and language learners to improve their English communication skills effectively.
