According to can. 1748 of the CIC, the motive for the transfer of a parish priest may be either the good of souls or the necessity or advantage of the Church. Zgodnie z kan. 1748 KPK motywem przeniesienia proboszcza może być albo dobro dusz, albo potrzeba lub pożytek Kościoła.
