Koncepcja katechezy w dyrektoriach z lat 1971–2020

Documenti catechetici di fondamentale importanza della Chiesa postconciliare nel campo della catechesi sono dei Direttori, sviluppati e pubblicati nell’arco di cinquant’anni, i cui presupposti sono quelli di presentare l’attuale visione della catechesi, che da un lato deve essere fedele alla Rivelazione divina, dall’altro invece, tener conto dei cambiamenti in atto nell’ambiente in cui non solo cresce la giovane generazione, ma si plasma anche la mentalità del credente di oggi. Negli anni si è sviluppato un certo modello di questi documenti: essi mirano a mostrare il rapporto tra la rivelazione e il suo messaggio, a presentare l’identità della catechesi, costituita da fini, compiti e fonti.

Directories, which have been elaborated and published over the last 50 years, constitute the key catechetical documents of the post-conciliar Church in terms of catechesis. Their aim is to present an updated vision of catechesis, which on the one hand should accurately convey God’s revelation, and on the other, it should take into account the changes and transformations taking place in the environment in which the young generation is growing up and where the mindset of a believer is shaped. In the course of all those years emerged a scheme of those documents: their aim is to show the relationship between the revelation and its message and to illustrate the identity of catechesis made up of the purpose, tasks and the source.
