Realizacja Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Mazowieckiego 2014–2020 w gminach podregionu siedleckiego

The article presents the implementation of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Regional Operational Programme 2014–2020 (hereinafter referred to as the Programme, RPO WM 2014–2020) in the municipalities of the Siedlce subregion. The Programme is a tool for the implementation of the development policy pursued by the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Self-Government, expressed in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Development Strategy until 2030. The RPO WM 2014–2020 provides funds for infrastructure, healthcare, education, culture, entrepreneurship development, as well as research and development. The article presents projects relevant for the entire subregion and EU funding per capita in the municipalities of the Siedlce subregion. It also presents the effectiveness of beneficiaries in drawing up proposals and obtaining funding, as shown by the share of signed project agreements in relation to proposals submitted, as well as the results of concluded projects. The survey covers the period from 2015 (the beginning of the Programme implementation) until 19 January 2024 (data availability). The aim of the article is to present the involvement of beneficiaries from the municipalities in the Siedlce subregion in obtaining funds under the RPO WM 2014–2020, the scale of support obtained for the implementation of investments for the development of the municipalities and the subregion as a whole, and to show the areas to which the funds were allocated and what results were achieved.

Artykuł prezentuje realizację Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Mazowieckiego 2014–2020 (RPO WM 2014–2020, Program) w gminach podregionu siedleckiego. Program stanowi narzędzie realizacji polityki rozwoju prowadzonej przez Samorząd Województwa Mazowieckiego wyrażonej w Strategii rozwoju województwa mazowieckiego do 2030 roku. RPO WM 2014–2020 to fundusze na infrastrukturę, zdrowie, edukację, kulturę, rozwój przedsiębiorczości, a także badania i rozwój. W artykule zaprezentowano projekty istotne dla całego podregionu oraz dofinansowanie unijne w przeliczeniu na mieszkańca w gminach podregionu siedleckiego. Przedstawiono także skuteczność beneficjentów w pisaniu wniosków i pozyskiwaniu dofinansowania, co pokazał udział podpisanych umów o dofinansowanie projektów w stosunku do złożonych wniosków, a także efekty realizowanych projektów. Badanie obejmuje okres od 2015 r. (początek realizacji Programu) do 19.01.2024 r. (dostępność danych). Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie zaangażowania beneficjentów z gmin podregionu siedleckiego w pozyskiwanie środków w ramach RPO WM 2014–2020, skali pomocy uzyskanej na realizację inwestycji dla rozwoju gmin i całego podregionu oraz pokazanie, na jakie dziedziny przeznaczono środki i jakie efekty uzyskano.
