Konstytucyjność uchwalenia ustawy nowelizacyjnej do ustawy o Narodowym Centrum Badań i Rozwoju oraz ustawy – Prawo o szkolnictwie wyższym i nauce

In the position of the Sejm on the application of the President of the Republic of Poland concerning the conformity to the Constitution of the Act Amending the Act on the National Centre for Research and Development and the Act – Law on Higher Education and Science, it was requested that the proceedings be discontinued due to the inadmissibility of pronouncing a judgment. In the event that the request for discontinuance of the proceedings in whole was not granted, it was requested that the Act be declared as conforming to the Constitution. The applicant submitted to the assessment of the Constitutional Tribunal not the substantive contents of the Act, but the procedure of its adoption by the Sejm.
