Ciało chore i dysfunkcyjne w ukraińskiej prozie lat dziewięćdziesiątych. Na przykładzie powieści Oksany Zabużko Badania terenowe nad ukraińskim seksem oraz powieści Wozzeck Jurija Izdryka
The subject of the article are images of diseases and psychophysical dysfunctions treated as a metaphor of the condition of post-Soviet societies, on the example of the Ukrainian prose of the middle generation of writers (born in the early 1960s, debuting at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s). In the text I will analyze two novels: 'Field Studies on Ukrainian Sex' by Oksana Zabuzhko, published in 1996, and the novel 'Wozzeck' by Yuriy Izdryk from 1997. Both books have been translated into Polish and gained some popularity among Polish readers; they are also important examples of Ukrainian postmodernism.
