Utilization possibilities of constructive simulations in security personnel training

Currently, constructive simulations are commonly used for the state purposes, mainly for the military personnel, police, firefighting and search and rescue teams. Due to the need of practical training, which has many advantages in comparison to the theoretical education, it can be effectively used for the practical education of personnel also in other professions. The article presents the potential uses of constructive simulations practical training of security personne, highlighting the training process and discussing the main advantages, disadvantages and future challenges related to this type of practical training in connection with the developed mobile monitoring system.
