Prolegomena to the scientific and practical approach to security culture in psychosocial aspects - selected issues

The content of this article refers primarily to the design phase of the scientific research process on the theoretical and practical aspects of psychosocial approaches to the essence of security culture functioning. The component on the essence of the functioning of the human psyche considered as a subject of security, is nowadays in a not extensive enough presence in the theory and research, and further – also in the implementation of research results – in the style of action and cooperation for security either completely formalistic – or not emancipated from the impact that results from the application and introduction into science and practice of the spirit of the humanistic factor postulated to be taken into account by Znaniecki in the social sciences. The authors want to make clear to the social environment of security researchers the fact that the human psyche component is absent from NoB to the extent that could be considered adequate to the existing scale of security needs in humans.
