Folder: PLE

Contains PL spectra obtained at different excitation wavelengths (PLE) resolving co polarised (angle=135) and cross polarised emission (angle=180)

File names contain the acquisition parameters (polarisation angle, laser power, acquisition time, temperature, wavelength)

Relevant varying parameters are marked with "* *" i.e. polarisation angle, acquisition time and wavelength.

File name form: PLE_*pol.angle*_50uW_*acq.time*_4K_*Wavelength*

Folder: Power Dependence

contains 2 subfolders with power dependences for continous wave and pulsed excitation.

The file names contain parameters (excitation wavelength, temperature, excitation mode (cw/pulsed), acquisition time and power).

Relevant varying parameters are marked with "* *" i.e. acquisition time, excitation mode (CW or pulsed) and power

Folder: Reflectivity

Contains two files: the Reflectivity spectrum collected from the sample and a reference reflectivity taken from the SiO2 substrate (suffix "_SiO2").

Folder: Simulation

Contains 6 files: PLA, PLAint, PLB, PLBint, Pol, Polint

PLA and PLB files contain simulation of time resolved PLE intensity for sigma plus - copolarised (PLA) and sigma minus - crosspolarised (PLB) polarisations.

Pol contains the time resolved energy dependent Degree of circular polarisation (calculated based on the primary results - PLA and PLB)

Remaining 3 files with suffix _int contain time integrated versions of PLA, PLB and Pol.

Folder: Time resolved PL

Containst TRdata.txt which is a PL decay integrated in the region of the A1s exciton from the streak camera image.
