Electrochemical controlling of double microgel layer formation on an electrode surface via an electrosensitive inclusion complex
The collection contains experimental research data obtained during preparation and characterization of electro-responsive, self-assembled microgel double layer on an electrode surface. The obtained thermoresponsive microgels was modified with ferrocene and β-cyclodextrin and next characterized with dynamic light scattering (DLS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques. Also, Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopies were employed to characterized the microgels solutions. In the next step microgel spheres were deposited on the Au electrode surface through the chemisorption process to form double layer. The obtained double layer was characterized with atomic force microscopy (AFM), quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM-D), cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry techniques.
The dataset consists of files described in attached readme.txt file.
