These data included experimental data files (xlsx, txt, asci, opju, dat, pdf) of DSC and TG thermal analysis, electrochemistry analysis, absorption, emission, electroluminescence spectra, nuclear magnetic spectra of four derivatives (ICz-A – ICz-D) prepared on: DSC Q2000 TA instruments (Trios software; DSC analysis), Varian Cary Eclipse Spectrometer (using Cary WinFLR software; emission analysis), FLS 980 Photoluminescence Spectrometer Edinburgh Instruments (AvantesAvaSphere-80) (quantum yield and life-time measurements with excitation and emission spectra analysis), Eco Chemie AutolabPGSTAT128npotentiostat (using NOVA 1.11 software; electrochemistry analysis), HITACHI U-2900 (UV-Solutions software; UV-Vis analysis), GwInstek PSP-405 with Shamrock SR-303i and with AndoriDus 12305 (electroluminescence analysis), Bruker Avance 500 MHz (NMR spectra) (data was obtained using software provided with the device; where was possible, data was saved in the open format) in the Institute of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland and in the Centre for Polymer and Carbon Materials Polish Academy of Sciences in Zabrze, Poland.
