The collection contains experimental research data for the article entitled “Temperature and ionic strength modulated responses of modified with viologen derivative electrosensitive microgel”. The research was a part of the project No. 2021/43/D/ST5/01082 funding by National Science Centre of Poland.

The article described synthesis and characterization of new electroactive microgel based on N-isopropylacrylamide co-polymerized with sodium acrylate, crosslinked with N,N'–methylenebisacrylamide and functionalized with amine derivative of viologen. It was found that the obtained microgel was sensitive to three factors: temperature, ionic strength, and electrochemical potential.
