3D LSFM imaging of optically cleared mouse penis

Dataset consists of 3D images of mouse penis after tissue clearing protocol developed by us (see paper for details). Imaging was performed with MuVi SPIM (Luxendo) with a Nikon CFI 10X 0.5 NA objective lens, resulting in voxel size of 0.87x0.87x2.0 micrometers (datasets 01 and 02). For filament tracing (03) dataset was downsampled.
