Spatial modulation of vibrational and luminescence properties of monolayer MoS2 using a GaAs nanowire array
Measurements aimed to understand the optical response of the monolayer MoS2 deposited on GaAs nanopillars. The deposited nanomembrane exhibits three different configurations: pierced, wrapped and tent-like. Using confocal optical spectroscopy mapping, we elucidate the impact of the above on the vibrational and luminescence characteristics. In particular, we highlight the increase in intensity and shift due to the photonic properties of nanowires and the increase in dielectric screening associated with the GaAs NW.
The photoluminescence and Raman scattering measurements are collected in two following files:
File "Confocal_PL_map_X62Y71_step1um_5s" contains 4402 raw spectra from a spatially resolved measurement of PL - map size 62 x 71 spectra => 61 x 70 um^2 spectra are arranged in two columns containing - wavelength and signal intensity
File "VNW_ramanmap_5sX5_41x41_1681" contains 1681 raw spectra of spatially resolved measurement (map) of Raman scattering - map size 41 x 41 spectra => 40 x 40 um^2 containing - wavelength and signal intensity
