Dynamic foam analysis – polyelectrolyte/surfactant mixture.

The data show the influence of surfactant concentration and the addition of polyelectrolyte on foam formation, stability, and decay. The attached data present foam height as a function of time for two types of experiments:

1. pure surfactants: ethyl lauroyl arginate (LAE) and rhamnolipids (RH)
2. polyelectrolyte/surfactant compositions:

• poly-L-glutamic acid (PGA)/ethyl lauroyl arginate (LAE) mixture
• poly-L-lysine (PLL)/rhamnolipids (RH).

All data were obtained using Kruss Dynamic Foam Analyzer DFA100.
