Raw data to article entitled: Unveiling the mechanisms of coating formation during micro-arc oxidation of titanium in Na2HPO4 electrolyte
The file "raw_data.zip" contains data-set to article entitled "Unveiling the mechanisms of coating formation during micro-arc oxidation of titanium in Na2HPO4 electrolyte". The files present the results of investigations of titanium oxide coatings performed with scanning (SEM) and transmission electron microscopes (TEM) i.e. photographs of the samples surface topography and cross-sections/microstructures. These studies were backed by phase and chemical analysis with electron diffraction and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, respectively. This data is presented in the form of .tiff and .png files readable with popular computer programs like IrfanView. Basing on these studies, important parameters such as histograms of pore size, thickness of the coatings, their chemical composition (also with XPS method) etc were summarized in tables (.xls and .opju files readable with Microsoft Excel and OriginLab programs, respectively). X-ray diffraction data is presented in the form of .pdf and .xls files.
