Data from mathematical model of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) neutralization
Data collected from mathematical model of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) neutralization in breast, lung and colorectal cancer cell lines. The results demonstrate the H2O2 levels after neutralization through different neutralization systems. The H2O2 neutralization pathways used in the model utilize the following enzymes: peroxiredoxin (PRDX) with thioredoxin (TXN), glutathione peroxidase (GPX) with glutathione (GSH), and catalase (CAT) or their combinations. Obtained data were used to assess the role of different enzymes in H2O2 neutralization and estimation of cellular radioresistance due to activation of specific neutralization pathway(s).
