The contribution of miR-155 in inflammation and neoplastic transformation in the colon

The collection contains set of data :

1. The expression patterns of mismatch repair (MMR) components in colonic tissue of PSC patients with and without UC
2. IL-6 mRNA expression in the colonic tissue of PSC patients with and without UC.
3. in vitro analysis:

• The effect of miRNA inhibition on miR-155 and S1PR1 expression in Caco-2
• Dose-dependent effect of GCDCA on miR-155 expression in Caco-2
• The basal miR-155 expression in colonic cell lines (NCM460D, Ht-29, Caco-2)
• miR-155 and TNFα mRNA levels in Caco-2 after lipopolysaccharide (LPS) exposure
