Ocena możliwości symulacji procesu mikrowtryskiwania na przykładzie koła zębatego

The article presents the possibilities of using Autodesk Moldflow MPI software to simulate the micro injection molding process. In addition, was made a comparative analysis of the results of micro injection molding process simulation for tooth plastic gear: with the inertia effect and without in calculations. The results of the numerical analysis taken into account in the design of the gear manufacturing process should enable the required quality of the molded detail to obtained and the number of trials to reduced or eliminated.
