Transformacja cywilnych służb specjalnych RP w latach 1989–2014 : próba refleksji

Celem przedmiotowego opracowania jest ukazanie procesu transformacji, jaką w latach 1989-2014 przeszły cywilne służby specjalne RP. W tym celu przedstawiono ewolucję przemian w zakresie organizacji tych instytucji oraz przeobrażenia, które następowały w odniesieniu do systemu nadzoru i kontroli. Ponadto, w pracy naszkicowano także obraz zagrożeń jakie były i jakie pozostają w zainteresowaniu cywilnych służb specjalnych RP.

The aim of the study is to present the process of transformation of the Polish civil special services in the years 1989-2014. To this end the evolving changes affecting the organizational structure of the relevant institutions along with the accompanying adjustments in the scope of the supervisory and control system are discussed. Additionally, the nature of the past and current threats is outlined in the context of the competencies of the Polish civil special services.
