Techniczno-technologiczny aspekt przeładunku wysokotemperaturowej smoły węglowej na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa X na terenie portu morskiego Szczecin

Celem artykułu jest podjęcie próby zaprezentowania zasad organizacji przeładunku wysokotemperaturowej smoły węglowej. Ponadto w opracowaniu poruszono problematykę uwarunkowań technicznych smoły jako ładunku niebezpiecznego. Zawarte zostały dane dotyczące przepustowości instalacji do przeładunku wysokotemperaturowej smoły węglowej oraz warunków, jakie powinna ona spełniać podczas przeładunku. Na potrzeby artykułu wykorzystano metodę obserwacji uczestniczącej polegającej na przyłączeniu się autorów artykułu do pozostałych członków grupy badań, gdzie dostrzeżono, zarejestrowano i dokonano analizy procesu przeładunku wysokotemperaturowej smoły węglowej. Kolejną zastosowaną metodą badawczą był sondaż diagnostyczny, który przyczynił się do zebrania informacji za pomocą zestawu pytań dotyczących problemu badawczego. Efektem przeprowadzonych badań jest wskazanie istoty znajomości aktów prawnych, właściwej organizacji procesu przeładunku z uwzględnieniem zasad bezpieczeństwa pracy i zwróceniem uwagi na kwalifikacje i umiejętności załogi uczestniczącej w realizacji procesu przeładunku.

The aim of the article is to attempt to present the principles of organization of high temperature coal tar transhipment. In addition, the work discusses the technical aspects of tar as a dangerous cargo. Data regarding the capacity of the tar handling installations and the conditions that pitch has to meet during the transhipment are included. For the purposes of the article, the participant observation method was used, which consisted of the authors’ entry into the research environment, where the process of trans- -shipment of high temperature tar was noticed, registered and analyzed. Another applied research method was a diagnostic survey, which contributed to gathering information, using a set of questions regarding the research problem. The effect of the conducted research is to indicate the essence of the knowledge of legal acts, the proper organization of the transhipment process, taking into account the principles of safety at work and paying attention to the qualifications and skills of the crew during loading/unloading operations.
