Przestępcy w oparach więziennej imaginacji – codzienny żywot „cwaniaka”

Artykuł jest zogniskowany na ukazaniu podkulturowego świata osób uwięzionych, z  uwzględnieniem skazanych „cwaniaków”. Wkroczenie na ścieżkę przestępstwa, a  następnie ulokowanie człowieka w  przestrzeni inkarcerowanej zaprezentowano w  optyce wychowania i socjalizacji, jako istotnych procesów rozwoju człowieka. Więzienie, to instytucja w której tysiące osób pozbawionych wolności kreuje „drugie życie”, nadając mu różnorakie oblicza i  wymiary. Podkulturowe zależności w  instytucji penitencjarnej odbierać winno się jako immanentną właściwość tego środowiska, które to zależności nie są jednolite w  swej treści, a  ich modyfikacja jest w  istocie rzeczy naturalną konsekwencją dynamiki rozwoju społecznego.

Article is focused on showing the sub-cultural world of the imprisoned, including the convicted “wise guys”. Entering the path of crime and then being incarnated were presented in the optics of upbringing and socialization as important processes of human development. Prison is an institution in which thousands of people deprived of their liberty create a “second life”, giving it a variety of faces and dimensions. The subcultural dependencies in a penitentiary institution should be seen as an immanent feature of this environment, which are not uniform in their content, and their modification is in fact a natural consequence of the dynamics of social development.
