Pathogenicity and resistance in Fusarium spp. - wheat, triticale and rye pathosystems at the seedling stage.

In our previous study on pathogenicity of 20 isolates of 11 Fusarium species towards seedlings of 14 cultivars of wheat, triticale and rye no significant interaction isolates by cultivars was found. The finding suggested that there was non-specificity in those pathosystems and stimulated further study on the subject, which was continued with the same set of isolates and cultivars but on a different substrate.
