The law in force allows the Chancellery of the Sejm to establish a nursery. It could function as a company social facility within the meaning of the Act on the Company Social Benefits Fund. On the other hand, the author emphasizes that the Chancellery of the Sejm is not entitled to establish a kindergarten, because it cannot perceived as an entity which, according to the Act – the Education Law, is entitled to create and run such an institution. In addition, provisions being currently in force do not allow the creation of a facility that would contain both the nursery and the kindergarten.
