Wpływ charakterystyk procesów na wymagania informacyjne użytkowników dokumentów procesowych

Artykuł podejmuje problem jakości dokumentów opisujących procesy w systemach zarządzania jakością. Autor przedstawia sposób pomiaru jakości informacji poprzez określenie wymagań odnośnie atrybutów informacji. Przedstawione są także wyniki wstępnej oceny zależności wpływu charakterystyk procesów na wymagania informacyjne użytkowników dokumentów oraz sformułowano wnioski nakierowane na wykonywanie dalszych badań.

The paper presents the problem of the quality of the documents which describe the processes in qualitymanagement systems. The author shows how to measure the quality of information by defining the requirements for attributes of information. The findings of the initial assessment of the influence of the process characteristics on information requirements of users of process documents as well as the conclusions directed at carrying out further research have been presented.
