Koszty zewnętrzne w transporcie szynowym

W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z szacowaniem kosztów zewnętrznych w transporcie ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem transportu szynowego. Przedstawiono wybrane wyniki badań wykorzystywanych między innymi przez instytucje europejskie do oceny kosztów zewnętrznych generowanych przez poszczególne gałęzie transportu. Wskazano także na nowe kategorie kosztów zewnętrznych, będące obecnie w obszarze zainteresowania badaczy.

The article presents the issues related to assessment of the external costs in the transport with particular taking into consideration the rail transport. The selected results of tests used inter alia by the European institutions to assess the external costs generated by the individual branches of transport are presented. It is also pointed to new categories of external costs, which are currently in interest of researchers.
