Przedstawiono ogólną klasyfikację pojazdów głębinowych oraz autorską propozycję klasyfikacji grupy pojazdów bezzałogowych, zdalnie sterowanych, uwzględniającą rozmaitość ich funkcji, zadań, typów konstrukcji i wyposażenia. Przedstawiono także analizę populacji tych pojazdów.
