The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the level of fit for the organization and the stress management strategies used by banking sector managers. The questionnaires that were used in this research includes the Person–Organization Fit Questionnaire (PO) of Czarnota-Bojarska (2010) and the Brief COPE in adaptation of Juczynski and Ogińska-Bulik (2009). The study was conducted
on a group of 61 banking sector managers. The results obtained to reveal that there is a positive correlation between the level of supplemental fit and the use of active stress management strategies in the study group.
