Intercyza ślubna Marii Urszuli z Radziwiłłów i Wincentego Krasińskiego

Przedmiotem artykułu jest analiza intercyzy ślubnej zawartej przez przedstawicieli rodzin reprezentujących Marię Urszulę z Radziwiłłów i Wincentego Krasińskiego. Podjęte ustalenia o charakterze majątkowym i prawnym stanowiły formę zabezpieczenia interesów umawiających się stron. W artykule przedstawiona została droga prowadząca do zawarcia tego związku, a przede wszystkim na podstawie zachowanych dokumentów źródłowych przytoczona treść intercyzy. Analizę dokumentu uzupełniają skany źródła, przechowywanego w Archiwum Państwowym w Kielcach.

The subject of the article is an analysis of the marriage contract concluded by representatives of families representing Maria Urszula née Radziwiłł and Wincenty Krasiński. The financial and legal arrangements made were a form of securing the interests of the contracting parties. The article presents the way leading to the conclusion of this relationship, and above all, based on the preserved source documents, the content of the prenuptial agreement is quoted. The analysis of the document is supplemented by scans of the source stored in the State Archives in Kielce.
