A full edition of the papyrus Biblioteca Laurenziana PL III/684, including both the recto (previously published as P. Laur. IV 169) and the verso, along with an interpretation of the papyrus in light of the system of publication of imperial leges generales. The recto is the copy of a law of Constantine I, while the verso preserves official correspondence mentioning a governor’s προσταγματα.
