Najistotniejszą zmianą w transformacji sztuk audiowizualnych jest zastosowanie technologii cyfrowej i wynikająca z tego zmiana relacji między widzem a obrazem. Na przykładzie trzech filmów powstałych w drugiej połowie ubiegłego wieku Kluszczyński próbuje prześledzić i zinterpretować proces transformacji oraz status widza jako odbiorcy dzieła sztuki filmowej.

The most essential change in the transformation of audiovisual arts is the application of digital technology and the ensuing shift of a relation between the viewer and image. Giving the examples of three films made in the second half of the past century, Kluszczyński tries to trace and interpret a process of the transformation, and the status of the viewer as a receiver of a cinematic work of art.
