Skargi międzypaństwowe przeciwko Federacji Rosyjskiej w europejskim regionalnym systemie ochrony praw człowieka

Przedmiotem artykułu jest obecność Federacji Rosyjskiej w Radzie Europy i europejskim regionalnym systemie ochrony praw człowieka stworzonym w ramach Rady Europy. W pracy zaprezentowano instytucję skargi międzypaństwowej przewidzianą w Europejskiej Konwencji Praw Człowieka. Zebrano i poddano analizie wszystkie sprawy wniesione w trybie art. 33 Konwencji przeciwko Rosji. W opracowaniu przedstawiono skutki, jakie wiążą się z wykluczeniem Rosji z organizacji w kontekście rozpatrywanych przez Europejski Trybunał Praw Człowieka spraw przeciwko temu państwu.

The subject of this article is the membership of the Russian Federation in the Council of Europe and the European regional human rights protection system created within the Council of Europe. It presents the institution of the interstate complaint provided for in the European Convention on Human Rights, and examines all the cases brought against Russia under Art. 33 of the Convention, showing the effects Russia’s exclusion from the organization would bring in the context of the cases the European Court of Human Rights has considered against Russia.
