The development of activities in the scope of enterprise promotion contribute to soften
of the negative phenomenons, which occurs on the labour market. It could be performed
by the substantive and financial support for the people who want to start up their own business.
In this purpose, the independent institutions such as colleges, can use the European Union
Funds e.g. from the 6.2 activity included in Human Capital Operational Programme, which
was purposely assigned to this activity. The effectiveness of usage of allocation designed to
this purpose is various and in case of the studied situation in Academic Enterprise Incubator at
the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin directly depends on the range of
engaged activities and value of the project.
