Evaluation was carried according to the size of the apple prices their harvests for the years 1995-2010. From analysis carried out in this article appears that the volume ofproduction of apples has no important impact on the level ofprices obtained byfruitfarmers at market places and on the level ofprices paid by retail consumers. Presumably it is caused by costs of storage of apples. There is however a mediocre relationship between the volume of crop of apples and the level of their prices in collection points.
Celem badań była ocena zależności ceny jabłek w skupie od wielkości ich zbiorów za lata 1995- 2010. Polska jest jednym z największych producentów jabłek w Unii Europejskiej i na świecie. Wielkość zbiorów jabłek ma największy udział w zbiorach ogółem owoców z drzew w Polsce. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że istnieje zależność pomiędzy wielkością zbiorów jabłek a ceną ich skupu.
