Magazines of Scientific Societies in Poland: Research Report

The paper presents the results of research on journals published by scientific societies in Poland. The aim of this research was to gain knowledge about the publication activities of scientific societies. The research determined the formal characteristics of the journals, helped identify their recipients and authors, and presented the subject matter as well as the main problems in the publishing process.

W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań na temat czasopism wydawanych przez towarzystwa naukowe w Polsce. Badania miały na celu uzyskanie wiedzy na temat działalności czasopiśmienniczej towarzystw naukowych. W wyniku analizy określono cechy formalne czasopism, jak również ich odbiorców i autorów, scharakteryzowano tematykę oraz przedstawiono zasadnicze problemy występujące w procesie wydawniczym.
