This study is a comparative analysis of the English blasphemy law and the future of the Polish criminal legal construction relating to the crime of insulting religious feelings religious feelings in the light of recent demands to tighten criminal responsibility for the same act. This one, in turn, will serve to reflect on the place of the same crime in the catalog of criminal acts in the era of modern times.

Niniejsze opracowanie stanowi analizę porównawczą angielskiego prawa o bluźnierstwie oraz przyszłości polskiej konstrukcji prawnokarnej odnoszącej się do przestępstwa obrazy uczuć religijnych w świetle ostatnich postulatów zaostrzenia odpowiedzialności karnej za tenże czyn.
