Analysis of technology management using the example of the production enterprise from the SME sector

The method of managing technologies in manufacturing enterprises primarily depends on the size of the company and its organisational structure. Not without significance remains a way of understanding the definition of technology. The main purpose of this paper is the identification and analysis of the factors influencing the manner technologies are managed in small production enterprises within the metalworking industry. The research process is based on a case study of an enterprise. The received results will help to enhance knowledge related to the development of methods used for technology management in production enterprises.
