The aim of the article is to present and analyze framing in media coverage of parliamentary election in Poland in 2015. The research uses media content analysis to identify framing of elections as war, battle and fight in two most popular TV newscast, “Wiadomości” TVP and “Fakty” TVN broadcasted in the time of parliamentary campaign. The results show that framing of election is used in media coverage of campaign not very often, in less than 10% of all news connected with parliamentary election. In the article the causes of this score were analyzed too.
