Theology of the child

The theology and the child are two vectors that are directed at each other creating a complementary whole, demanding a close focus. Both of them, in the public debate and scientific space, this concept is a pioneering issue. Against this state of affairs, this article is a contribution and invitation for innovative research in this area. The article consists of three parts. The first one describes general picture of the child in biblical terms. The second part is an attempt of interpretation the theology of the child concept. The third part shows religious education of an adolescent man as a source of development his personal theology. Discourse made leads to the conclusion that theology of the child, which is not wide spread yet, can have interesting and extremely broad horizons.

Teologia i dziecko to dwa wektory, które są na siebie skierowane tworząc komplementarną całość, domagając się bliższego spojrzenia. Zarówno w debacie publicznej, jak i przestrzeni naukowej, pojęcie to jest zagadnieniem pionierskim. Wobec takiego stanu rzeczy, artykuł stanowi przyczynek i zaproszenie do nowatorskich badań z tego zakresu. Całość składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej nakreślony został ogólny obraz dziecka w ujęciu biblijnym. W drugiej podjęto próbę zinterpretowania pojęcia „teologii dziecka”. Część trzecia ukazuje wychowanie religijne dorastającego człowieka jako źródło rozwoju dla jego osobistej teologii. Poczyniony dyskurs prowadzi do wniosku, że teologia dziecka, mimo, iż nie jest jeszcze tak rozpowszechniona, to wyrastają przed nią wyjątkowo interesujące horyzonty.
