Juveniles in the light of the law - Police work area

Artykuł dotyczy rozwiązań w przedmiocie przeciwdziałania przestępczości i demoralizacji nieletnich, znajdującym się w obszarze działania Policji, które zostały wprowadzone ustawą z 9 czerwca 2022 r. o wspieraniu i resocjalizacji nieletnich. W opracowaniu autorzy omówili w szczególności problematykę zmiany zakresu pojęcia czynu karalnego, demoralizacji, a także zmiany procedur i uwarunkowań zatrzymania nieletniego.

The article concerns solutions in the field of counteracting crime and demoralization of minors in the area of police activity, which were introduced by the Act on Rehabilitation and Support of Minors of June 9, 2022. In the study, the authors took up the subject of, m.in changes in the scope of the concept of a punishable act, demoralization as well as changes intro duced in the area of detention of a juvenile.
