This is a transcript of debate about Kornel Morawiecki’s idea of Solidary Re public. Teresa Grabińska emphasized the affinities of Morawiecki’s ideas with the program of NSZZ „Solidarność”, accepted in 1981. Marek Nowak, on the other hand, recognized the eclecticism in Morawiecki’s political thought whereas Rafał P. Wierzchosławski pointed to historical conditions which shaped political thinking of the leader of Solidarność Walcząca and considered the possibility of the present application of idea of a Solidary Republic.
