Diagnostic procedure and psychological-pedagogical support of a child at early-school stage age with special educational needs

The following text refers to the diagnostic procedure and psychological- pedagogical support that a child at the early-school age with special educational needs should be a subject to in a public commonly accessible institution. The author of the article indicates the importance of the process of diagnosis in education of a small child, simultaneously emphasizing the role of the interdisciplinary and holistic diagnosis. She also presents and characterizes forms of support of a student with special educational needs in accordance with applicable legal regulations. The final part of the study discusses solutions which should be implemented in order to enhance the quality of education of a child with developmental deficits and a teachable student in the conditions of a mainstream school

Tekst poświęcono postępowaniu diagnostycznemu oraz pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej, którą powinno zostać objęte dziecko w młodszym wieku szkolnym ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi w placówce ogólnodostępnej. Autorka tekstu wskazuje na znaczenie procesu diagnozy w edukacji małego dziecka oraz podkreśla rolę diagnozy interdyscyplinarnej i holistycznej. Przedstawia i charakteryzuje formy wsparcia ucznia ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, zgodnie z obowiązującymi regulacjami prawnymi.
